A Plus International CO. was established in 1975 and is Taiwanese-owned, with "head offices" in Taiwan and a large ISO9001: 2000 compliant factory in Zhongshan, China. Our factory has built a strong reputation with customers offering the highest level of quality and service internationally. Over the past twenty-seven years, we have carefully worked hard to accommodate our customer's needs by investing in our staff and technology, upgrading our capital equipment, developing standards for QA procedures and testing, working continuously to reduce costs, and dedicated resources to our customer's product procurement needs. In the Western Hemisphere, we established a U.S. office to help our customers communicate with us in "real time." In addition to our U.S. representative, we have offices in Hong Kong and Taiwan to service our buyers and at any time of the year even when visiting our factory. Each of these steps has allowed our factory to become very efficient, respond quickly and offer some of the most competitive pricing in China. Thanks to the effort of our associates and the dedication of our management to strive for excellence, we became an ISO9001 and Licensed approved factory in our Zhongshan China facility.

Our factory in Zhongshan, China exceeds 120,000 sq. feet and is completely vertically integrated. As a vertically integrated factory, we are set up to handle the entire production process from cutting, to stitching, to printing, to welding, to packaging. This results in lower prices and protection for integrity of our customer's designs since every process in handled in house. We employ over 1,000 + associates. Our equipment consists of 800 sewing machines, 100 welding machines, multiple double stitching sewing machines, large cutting machines, printing machines, which include silk screen printing capabilities and packaging machines. Lead times are typically 45-50 days from receipt of final specification, sample approval and purchase order. Hong Kong and Shenzhen comprise our main ports of export. At present, our products are exported to Europe, Japan and North America.

Our "core" products consist of textiles including PVC, PE, nylon, canvas, cotton, polyester, PU leather and PP-non woven bags, a variety of juvenile products such as diaper bags, stroller bags, travel bags, back packs, carriers, seat pads, inflatable toys and soft books. In addition, we make cosmetic bags of all kinds, storage products such as laundry hampers, carts, closet organizers, storage bins, collapsible storage boxes, clothing and shoe organizers, etc. Our factory is very competent in producing complex items that require sophisticated engineering and fabrication. We produce more than 2.5 million items a year.

As an ISO9001: 2000 compliant factory, quality control (QA) is central to our process. Each phase of production has a dedicated QA inspector to assure the highest quality and efficiency. In addition to inspecting all products before shipment, our QA department conducts a variety of random tests such as color fastness, pull tests, stiffness test and for juvenile products; we have sophisticated machinery that can detect small objects such as pins and needles. A Plus International CO. has experience complying with JPMA standards such as ASTM 963 and EN-71 for a variety of infant/toddler products. Upon client request, we will send random production samples to SGS Testing Company, Acts Testing Labs, Inc. or Intertek Testing Services for further inspection and certification. Our R&D and design department can support development programs at our factory and read 3D CAD drawings in a variety of formats which allow us to quickly respond to product development needs, quotations and sample making.
