The factory has an incoming inspection area for all raw materials and provides some of the most robust quality and materials receiving plans for licensed, juvenile and healthcare products manufacturing. Along with incoming inspection the multiple floors in the facility provide state of the art photo screen printing, cutting and welding operations, sewing and embroidery, RF sealing and welding and packaging with final inspection. APLUS International has a educated staff that has shown a stable long term commitment to the business with proven experience for many years in purchasing, buying materials and components and educating the staff and personnel with both internal training and external activities including health, entertainment and special events. Management for many years has supported the stringent quality requirements from the global customers in Japan, Europe and the United States. The factory has the capacity to fulfil orders with state of the art planning processes and a proven track record of delivering goods to OEM customers servicing accounts such as Target, Wal-Mart, Toys R US worldwide. A new facility is planned for the upcoming years to expand the capabilities and growth for our international customers.
